Reef Ocean Club makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Site.

2. Financial & Forward-Looking Projections

Financial highlights, including but not limited to projected return on investment (ROI) of 28%–36%, average annual revenue potential ($20M – $25M USD), daily revenue potential ($50K – $100K USD), target payback periods, and EBITDA margins (40%+), are forward-looking statements and estimates.

  • These projections are based on historical performance profiles of first-generation comparable concepts, localized target market analysis, and anticipated structural operational efficiencies.
  • No performance metrics displayed on this Site constitute a guarantee of future financial returns or results. Actual performance may vary significantly depending on local market conditions, localized management execution, seasonal factors, environmental shifts, and unforeseen operational overhead.

3. Technical & Layout Customization

Vessel general arrangements, principal particulars (including length, beam, and draft), and mechanical layouts are derived from current naval engineering design phases. Reef Ocean Club reserves the right to modify mechanical specifications, equipment packages, and design layouts at any time without prior notice. Final equipment selection, structural outfitting, and structural limits are subject to change and are defined strictly by the final build specification agreement signed between the client and the shipyard.

4. Marine Classification & Regulatory Compliance

The foundational platform is actively engineered to meet strict passenger vessel codes and Thai RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification parameters during construction. However, global maritime regulations vary. The certified guest capacity (up to 450 passengers) and specific structural arrangements can be adapted for different countries, but may be reduced or altered to adhere to the strict local maritime laws, environmental rules, and port authority codes of your designated destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the operator or buyer to verify local operational compliance.
